I will add a resounding "hear, hear" to that.

Sir Mike is one of that rare breed:a true gentleman. Tis a pleasure to know him and spend time in his company.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery Mike.

Thanks everyone.

Two unexpected days in hospital after very acute abdominal pain on Tues pm. Probably a kidney stone.

Industrial strength antibiotics and painkillers plus other medication.

Home now but still sore and very weak. Hope to be fully recovered in about 10 days.

Sorry to miss South Molton!

Best to all

Mike

Hi Mike,

It's good to hear that you back home and on the mend.

Sorry I have only just seen this thread - we have been battling some rare arctic conditions that we are not prepared for in these southern climes. At least Ethan has enjoyed the schools being closed for three days.

I hope the worst is behind you and we both wish you a speedy recovery.

Roger & Ethan

PS Ethan sends his regards to Wilf
