Re: Quest - a quick summer poll
Like Piotr I could imagine classical Giltrap! That said I do listen to classical music and the genre is so broad that I feel there are many "classical" interpretations that could be made from Gordan's music. Raymond Burley has already shown how Gordon's music can be adapted beautifully to ...

Re: Quest - a quick summer poll
I would probably vote for the original Perilous Journey "Quest", but the bonus track does take it to a new place and is wonderful in its own right.

Re: Chris Squire
Very sad news, he was way too young. Steve Howe and Chris Squire were what turned me on to Yes. When I bought Chris Squire's solo album Fish Out of Water, in the mid 70's, I used to play Silently Falling Down over and over....

Re: 4Parts Guitar - Grantham - 16 /4 /2015
Another excellent review Keith. As I always say your reviews are the next best thing to being there! I also received two years of my education in Grantham, but for some reason it always seems to be Sir Isaac Newton who gets the limelight. I'll look forward to the new 4 Parts Guitar CD. All The Best,...

Re: TIME TO REFLECT
I have just pre-ordered my copy on Amazon USA, where it will be released on March 10th. It represents great value at $24.99. I only recently discovered that I don't own Elegy in any format, which is a bonus. I notice that on iTunes (USA) the set is split into volume 1 and Volume 2 at $19.99 for each...

Re: Abingdon Unicorn theatre
It's good to hear the year got off to a successful start! However, and sorry to hijack this thread, but I am getting a little worried about the absence of any concerts in the second half of June and first half of July!!! With Ethan getting on in years (7) we can no longer travel in May, but we still...

This Father's Love
I just wanted to post a follow up to my comments about Gordon’s new composition “This Father’s Love” that were included in January’s newsletter. First, when I read the newsletter I realized I needed to say a big public THANK YOU to Gordon for making this wonderful gift happen. When Shannon was expla...

Re: CHRISTMAS MESSAGE
Happy Holidays Gordon, Hilary, Sue and all the GG forum members! A Midnight Clear is a traditional part of our Christmas, particularly I Saw Three Ships which is Ethan's favorite. My wife Shannon even downloaded her own copy this morning. Gordon, you shine a light into peoples lives and that is a gr...
