Over the weekend of 18th -19th, the harbour area of Barmouth is transformed by a multitude of events not to be missed.

The Fun Day is a charity fund raiser, ( this year extended to two days,) for the local Air Ambulance, which in previous years has raised between 6000 - 7000, all by bucket donations!

Saturday's attractions include birds of prey, Army stands, a steamboat, a fire engine pull, lifeboats, clowns, stiltwalkers, and a sand sculpture competition. BBQ food and stalls on the quay support a packed schedule of fun, games, competitions and other activities all based around Barmouth Harbour, plus appearances by 10 bands and musicians, with Gordon top of the bill.

Gordon is expected to play at 8.30pm, but this may be subject to change.

At 10pm the will be a huge fireworks display including the burning fire ship.
