My word that's two legends gone within the space of a few days.
It is with devastation that I have to say that Keith Emerson (part of ELP) has died at the age of 71.

Re: Keith Emerson
I just saw this in the news - it seems like sad circumstances. He was one of my main Prog Rock heroes from the 70s, when Trilogy, Brain Salad Surgery and Works Vol 1 were amongst my favourite albums.
Coincidentally I was just playing some ELP to my son Ethan on Thursday to introduce him to some of their classic pieces.

It is very sad to hear it. I only found out about a day or so ago, by one of my friends on a text message.
