If you are having trouble reducing an image size small enough to use as an avatar, this is a great website to use:

I had a tad trouble fixing my avatar up when I put it through the resizer but managed to rectify this. It won't do 200 for some strange reason so I put it at about 150 which then worked.

Hi Tom,
sorry, this is all part of the same problem I explained about yesterday, please read this thread:

viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1526

For editing your avatar, the option is ( possibly somewhat obscured at present depending on the device you are using ) just to the right of the "edit signature " option.

If you can't see it either let me know or wait and try again in a few days when we get it fixed - I hope!

cheers
Sue

Still not seeing the option regardless of my internet browser.
I'll try again towards the end of the week see what happens.

Hi Tom

I'm currently using Firefox (50.1.0) as my browser and can get to the avatar option. Try getting the User Control Panel up on your screen, and then clicking on the Profile tab. After you've done this click on the CONCERTS link on the top left hand side of the screen. EDIT AVATARS should then be highlighted and the screen you want should appear. Good luck!
