As Em is choosing her outfit for tonight (we are guests of Geoff Peters and Gary Burnett at Express FM later today), she has "asked" me to to reply to you all.

"Thanks to all of you for your Birthday wishes. I have a lovely day in Chichester yesterday - couldn't have asked for better weather - and then we went to our favourite Chinese in Southsea for lunch today. We're then off to Express FM for a studio tour this evening.
