This is just to let you know that I booked a visit back to England today and immediately after my flights were confirmed I ordered tickets for Gordon's Sheffield gig on May 24th. I don't know that part of England particularly well, but the venue fits with my schedule and will be the easiest to get to at that time. I'm really looking forward to it!

I will certainly say hello - thank you for the offer.
It's a long time since I have visited Sheffield - I think the venue must be on the Peak District side which is great. If I could have made it to Fowey or Evesham or one of the bigger venues I would have done, but I am nevertheless very excited about the opportunity to see you at a small venue!
