The Fleece, Bretforton

Postby DaveWeedon » Mon Apr 24, 2017 1:04 am

So, here I am, 45 minutes after sitting in the bar chatting to Gordon after another classic evening of immense enjoyment at The Fleece. He gave it everything as usual, finishing with a sublime extended rendition of Heartsong with Lucifer's Cage as an encore. How does he do it after the personal challenges of the last three years? I have no idea, and I'm still thumbing through my dictionary for adequate words. I'm really looking forward to the new album, 'The Suet Pudding Symphony', with the new single releases, 'Steak and Kidney Blues' and 'My Suet's Gone All Soggy' 8)
Both in DADGAD tuning of course, rather than FAGBAG  .

Don't worry Gordon, we'll have that medieval barn plasterboarded and Artexed in time for your next visit...

Be well Sir, and STAY well.

Atvb,

Dave and Jane
