I could not have written a better set list myself. Except I would have detained Gordon a few minutes longer with Catwalk Blues thrown in somewhere in the second set! There were people in the audience around me who had never seen Gordon perform. Boy did they get an early Christmas present?! A truly wonderful evening of entertainment. This was probably the 11th or 12th time I'd seen Gordon (I wish I had seen him more) and this was possibly one of, if not, the best concert of his. A remarkable, gifted player. I am looking forward to the next time - probably in Margate next Spring with Oliver Wakeman.
